Rod-fee revenue is released after a 7-day post-trip hold and swept daily; dues and initiation fees are remitted on a weekly schedule. The membership fee recurs annually with each renewal rather than being a one-time charge — worth knowing before you sign, because you will see it again.
The questions that decide it.
Do we lose control of our own club?
No. You decide who is admitted, what membership costs, which water your members can book, and what your rules are. AnglerPass does not admit members, does not set your dues, and does not talk to your members without you. It is the software your club runs on, not a governing body it joins.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours and it comes with you. Your events, registrations, waivers, incident records, member activity and financials all export to CSV or PDF on demand. There is no minimum term — a club that stops subscribing drops to the free Starter plan rather than being locked out of its own records.
Our members aren't technical. Will this actually get used?
It has to survive that test or it is worthless, which is why the member's side is deliberately thin: log in, see what's open, book a day, get a confirmation email with everything they need for the trip. Members who prefer to phone the club can still phone the club — your staff can book on their behalf.
We already have a club website. Does this replace it?
Only if you want it to. ClubOS runs the operations regardless. A club website is a separate product you can add — it is not required, and it carries its own one-off build cost plus monthly hosting, which we'll quote plainly rather than bury.
Are we big enough for this?
Probably, and small is easier rather than harder — a club of forty with one overworked membership chair usually feels the difference faster than a large one with a paid administrator. Tell us your size and we'll tell you honestly whether it is worth the subscription.
What do you require of us?
Two things worth knowing before you talk to us. Your club must carry its own liability insurance — we'll ask for the declaration page from your policy, and we keep it on file so the landowners whose water you manage can see the cover exists. And every angler who books signs a liability release for the specific property before we take their payment, which is handled for you. Beyond that, you run your club the way you already run it.
