AnglerPass is not an open marketplace. Every angler who can view or book your property is a member of a fly fishing club that has vetted them. Clubs serve as the trust layer between you and the people on your water — so you never have to wonder who’s showing up.
Every club on AnglerPass maintains its own liability insurance and requires members to sign waivers before accessing private water. You don’t manage any of it — the club handles everything.
Each club carries liability insurance that covers angler activity on your property. This is a requirement for clubs on the platform.
Club members sign liability waivers as part of their membership. Every angler on your water has already signed before they arrive.
No anonymous visitors. Every person on your property is a known, vetted club member with a verified identity and booking record.
The club model means you receive income from your water while the clubs take on the operational and liability responsibilities. You focus on your land — they handle the rest.

When you register a property on AnglerPass, you affiliate it with at least one fly fishing club. The club acts as the trust layer — vetting the anglers who can see and book your water.
Add your water with photos, species, rules, and GPS coordinates.
Browse clubs on the platform or invite a club you already work with. You choose who to affiliate with.
Only vetted members of your affiliated clubs can view and book your water.
Every property on AnglerPass uses one of two pricing models. You choose the one that matches how you want to be compensated — per-booking revenue share or a guaranteed annual lease.
Default — earn a share of every booking
You set a rod fee (the price per angler, per day) and receive a percentage of that fee each time someone books your water. The split depends on a classification assigned to your property based on its quality, exclusivity, and demand. You choose the classification during onboarding with your managing club.
The 15% AnglerPass platform fee is charged on top of your rod fee and paid entirely by the angler. It does not reduce your share — your classification percentage is calculated from the full rod fee you set.
Shared opportunity. Your club earns 50% to cover their operations, member services, and booking management.
Example:You set a $200/rod fee. You receive $100, the club receives $100. The angler pays $230 total ($200 + 15% platform fee).
Standout water. Higher demand, better habitat, or a more exclusive experience — you earn a larger share.
Example:You set a $300/rod fee. You receive $195, the club receives $105. The angler pays $345 total ($300 + 15% platform fee).
Exceptional water. Trophy fisheries, rare access, or truly one-of-a-kind experiences that command premium rates.
Example:You set a $500/rod fee. You receive $375, the club receives $125. The angler pays $575 total ($500 + 15% platform fee).
Guaranteed income — no per-booking variability
If you prefer certainty over per-booking revenue, you can propose an annual lease amount to the managing club. If the club agrees, they pay you once via ACH bank transfer and you receive the full agreed amount — AnglerPass’s 5% facilitation fee is charged on top to the club, not deducted from your payment.
After the lease is active, the club manages all bookings and keeps 100% of rod-fee income. You receive your guaranteed payment regardless of how many bookings the club fills. The lease renews annually — you can renegotiate the amount at each renewal.
Example:You propose a $20,000 annual lease. The club accepts and pays via ACH. You receive the full $20,000 in your bank account. The club is charged $21,000 ($20,000 + AnglerPass’s 5% facilitation fee). You are done — guaranteed income, no per-booking tracking.
Rod-fee-split earnings are paid out weekly every Monday via Stripe Connect after a 7-day post-trip hold. Deposits arrive in 1–2 business days.
Your rod fee is entirely up to you. Price by season, water type, or demand. AnglerPass never dictates what your water is worth.
Registering your property is free. You only earn money — AnglerPass never charges landowners a subscription or listing fee.
As more clubs join AnglerPass and opt in to cross-club access, your property reaches a growing network of vetted anglers — without any extra work on your part. Every new club in the network is a new source of qualified bookings for your water.
Manage your properties, track bookings and revenue, and see who’s on your water — all from one dashboard.
