AnglerPass exists to change that. We give landowners, clubs, guides, and anglers modern tools built specifically for how the outdoors actually works — trusted, member-based, and grounded in conservation.
Our vision extends well beyond fly fishing. Territory Holdings, Inc. is building a growing family of platforms serving landowners, clubs, guides, conservation organizations, and outdoor enthusiasts. AnglerPass is the first — the proof of the model, not the whole company.

You wouldn’t be investing in AnglerPass alone. Both opportunities are investments in Territory Holdings, Inc. — the Delaware C-Corporation that wholly owns AnglerPass LLC and the broader portfolio of outdoor-access platforms it is building. AnglerPass is the first operating platform (TH-01) — it proves the model, not the whole company.
