Your Guides. Your Trips.
One Platform.
AnglerPass runs the business side of your guide service — roster, trip packages, destinations, payments, and payouts — so you can keep your people on the water instead of on the phone.

Everything a guide service runs on
Built for the operation behind the trips: the roster, the catalog, the calendar, and the money.
Your Guide Roster
Invite the guides who run your trips — by account or by email. Guides accept or decline, you can revoke anytime, and every guide keeps their own verified AnglerPass profile.
Trip Packages
Publish the trips you actually sell — full-day floats, walk-and-wades, multi-day camps. Set the per-guest price, capacity, and each package’s guide share.
Departures & Scheduling
Put real dates behind every package. Departures carry capacity and an assigned roster guide, so a booked seat is always a staffed seat.
Destination Listings
List the waters you outfit as destinations on the AnglerPass map. Anglers discover them while planning and send trip inquiries straight to your dashboard.
Payments & Payouts
AnglerPass is the merchant of record. Anglers pay the platform; your share and your guide’s share are split automatically and paid out through Stripe Connect.
One Business Dashboard
Roster, packages, departures, bookings, and payout status in a single outfitter dashboard — not a spreadsheet, a text thread, and a shoebox of receipts.
Outfitter, guide, club, or shop
Four kinds of businesses touch guided fishing, and AnglerPass has a home for each. Picking the right one at signup saves you a support email.
You run an outfitter if…
- You’re a licensed guide-service business
- Multiple guides run trips under your brand
- You sell trips as packages — you set the prices
- You pay your guides per trip
You’re an independent guide if…
- You guide under your own name
- You set your own rates and calendar
- You want anglers to book you directly
You run a club if…
- You manage members, not employees
- You hold water and landowner relationships
- Revenue is dues and rod fees, not trip sales
You run a fly shop if…
- Retail is the core of your business
- You want trip-planning anglers in your store
- Guiding is a service you offer alongside gear
From sign-up to staffed departures
Create Your Outfitter Account
Sign up as an outfitter, add your business details, and connect a bank account through Stripe Connect so you’re ready to receive payouts.
Build Your Roster
Invite your guides by email or AnglerPass account. Each guide accepts the invitation and appears on your roster — guides can sit on more than one outfitter’s roster, and you can revoke access anytime.
Publish Packages & Destinations
Create trip packages with per-guest pricing and a guide share you control, schedule departures with an assigned guide, and list the destinations you outfit so anglers can find you and inquire.
Get Booked. Get Paid.
Trip inquiries land in your dashboard today, and package booking through AnglerPass checkout is rolling out now. When a booked trip runs, the split is automatic: the platform fee comes out, your guide’s share goes to your guide, and the remainder is yours.
No subscription. Pay when trips book.
You price every package and set every guide share. AnglerPass keeps a 15% platform fee on the package subtotal — the rest is split exactly the way you configured it.
Free to join
No monthly cost, no listing fees, no per-guide seat charges. The platform earns only when your trips do.
Both legs pay out through Stripe Connect — your guide’s share goes straight to them, never through your books.
